| Hi penguins! Just letting you know about a new update: Refferals. Referrals can be collected by users by doing good things. Users will be given these for helping the forums in some way, following the rules, and generally being a good user. They are hard to acheive - once you obtain 5 you will become a moderator. NOTE: Users can become moderators without 5 referrals. Referrals are another way of getting to moderator

| Snowball, they can be, but in this case we're using them as a reward.
